What I Think About Budgeting

What I Think About Budgeting

Budgets—you can’t live with them, you can’t live without them. Just kidding. You CAN and SHOULD live with a budget. You can’t go through life spending like you’re sitting on a pile of money when you’re not. Budgeting gives you a clear picture of the money you have coming in and the money you have going out so you can make informed financial decisions. A budget is the number one tool to help get and maintain control of your financial life. Unfortunately, not as many people budget or in a meaningful way as they should. Some people just choose not to do it. Others think they make good money so they don’t need to. Some people don’t budget because they think they don’t make or have enough money to. Then there are others that think it’s too complicated. And others think it will take too much time or waste time because they won’t stick with it. There are a ton of excuses I hear on why someone isn’t doing it. But the real bottom line is, they aren’t making it a priority in their life. In this show, I’m going to talk about what a budget is and why most people should use one, how to do it in a way that works for you, and how to evolve and stick with it.

Thank You!
