Did you know it’s TRICARE Open Enrollment? From now to December 14, 2020, service members and retirees can change their medical plans. There have also been some recent changes with enrollment fees. To get an update on everything going on with TRICARE, I’ve gone straight to the source. Mark Ellis oversees the development and execution of enrollment policies for all TRICARE medical plans. Mr. Ellis served for 22 years in the United States Air Force, the last 15 years as a Medical Service Corps officer.
