What the Heck is the Best Way to Save?

It’s Wednesday, and that means it’s time for What the Heck Wednesday! This week I have a reader question, he wants to know, What the heck is the best way to save? It can be hard to save money especially if you haven’t started yet. It takes some time to build up the savings habit but I have a way to make it easy and convenient to help you with that process.

 

Hands down, the best way to save is by making it automatic. Setting up automation makes it easy and convenient to build up your savings.  The very first expense or payment that comes out of your income should be to yourself. That’s why they call it paying yourself first. But here’s the thing, when you take your savings out first, you start to get used to living without that money. You begin living on less than you make and that is for sure the way to build savings and therefore your wealth. In this What the Heck Wednesday, I’m sharing some steps to get you started. Spoiler alert, there may be a wee bit of budgeting involved but don’t let that scare you away.
